   G E O Design & Engineering Consultant Co.,Ltd. was established on January 2003. To service the design and consulted work of M&E engineering system which are high rise building, large-area building, industrial factory, residential building and ect. The key personel behind  GEO originate from senior engineering staff in consultant company and have been in the M&E engineering for more than a decade having already successfully completed many projects with in Thailand.  

     Our staff and advisors comprising of well known and professional electrical engineers, sanitary engineers, and mechanical engineers. We assure that   our services will provide the best quality and high standard which conforming to the requirement.

Consult and Construction Management

1. Pre –Design Management
    - Develop brief
    - Project technical feasibility
    - Criteria for selection of design team
    - Examine alternative schemes and optimise potential
    - Legal and statutory requirements for project approval
    - Site investigations
    - Prepare master programmer for design and construction
    - Preliminary drawings and specifications for planning
    - Establish budget
2. Design Management
    - Update and monitor detailed design and construction master programmer
    - Review and advise on conceptual design and specifications
    - Value engineering studies
    - Obtain client approvals to all aspects of design
    - Initiate pre-ordering procedures for long delivery items
    - Statutory approvals
    - Set up management structure for the overall development and define 
                  responsibilities
    - Establish communication mediums and keep relevant records
    - Continuously monitor and update budget
    - Establish costing systems
    - Establish accounting procedures
    - Formulate policy on contractor selection and contractual formats
    - Compile all tender documentation
    - Prequalify contractors, suppliers and specialist contractors
    - Evaluate tenders and make recommendations

3. Construction Management
    - Monitor progress and update against master programmer
    - Organise, progress and co-ordinate all material, plant and equipment deliveries
    - Co-ordinate all design queries
    - Establish and maintain safely standards
    - Set up an administer a quality control and testing programme
    - Certify payments
    - Operate a cost control system
    - Ensure contracts are complied with and maintain the projects contractual
       position
    - Arrange training for personnel to operate the completed installation
4. Commissioning Management
    - Monitor all pre-commissioning and commissioning checks for plant and
      building
    - Ensure all as-built documents and manuals are submitted for client record
    - Arrange for remedying of defects during defects liability period
    - Settle the final accounts of all contractors
    - Supply project data for the client’s future use
